CM360 tracking ads need dc_trk_aid and dc_trk_cid

Impression and click tracking tags put dc_trk_aid and dc_trk_cid on the path as semicolon-delimited pairs. Campaign Manager 360 flags a tag as missing required parameters when either is absent. Generated tags also send dc_lat, tfua, and tag_for_child_directed_treatment as empty slots until the publisher fills 0 or 1. Floodlight activity tags (src, type, cat, ord) stay vendor/floodlight. VAST event pixels with dc_oe are vendor/cm360-vast-event.
