Adfox simple links need a numeric randomization value.

The documented simple-link templates use /ads/adfox/{account}/getCode or goLink and carry a randomization value in pr. The pack checks presence, integer syntax and the documented bounds.

Runtime event URLs use a separate protocol, including pr=a. They remain outside this pack. Actual randomness and uniqueness require observations across requests.

Runtime events retain their own protocol.

An /adfox/{account}/event URL does not inherit the simple-link numeric contract. Core privacy and macro checks continue to run.
