LiveRamp CTV pixels require an assigned partner identifier.
The published CTV event pixel uses pid and an optional ctvid. An absent CTV identifier must be omitted rather than serialized as an empty value.
IPv6 remains supported. Wrapper-dependent header provenance needs VAST context that a standalone HTTP request does not supply.
Apply the contracts within their published source scope.
