Krux AMP pixels check legacy producer templates.

Legacy upstream AMP default-template presence and image-transport advice on exact Krux image routes with source=amp. This is ecosystem producer evidence, not a Salesforce receiver contract. Customized requests, overrides, account configuration and service acceptance remain outside scope.
