AdGlare native events receive scoped transport advice.

Advisory native event POST and captured entity-presence checks on the independently published try.engine.adglare.net host at exact /event. Populated data query carriers use a separate generic loader fallback and are excluded. Tokens, MIME and body encoding remain opaque; /event/{token}, other tenants, native ad requests and current receiver acceptance are outside this profile.
